Hi! My name is Max Almonte, I am an educational psychologist and full stack developer based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, I love open source and learning new things, as well as playing chess or basketball from time to time.
My main focus is to build applications using modern paradigms like Object Oriented Programming, and the best techniques and practices to ensure the quality of the software. I think Test Driven Development and Design Patterns are the keys to develop maintainable and scalable software.
I have been programming for the web and working with different technologies (mostly PHP/Laravel) for more than 5 years. I am very enthusiastic about other technologies like Serverless, and .NET Core too.
